Hello Somebody! I'm Marlon "Big Fav" Favorite.
As a defensive lineman, I won a national championship with LSU in 2007 and a Super Bowl with the New Orleans Saints in 2010. Today, I'm part of the broadcast radio team doing pre and post-game analysis for the LSU Tigers. You might catch me on other media outlets talking sports too. But here's what I'm most passionate about:
My real job is running Conquer Sports Professionals (CSP).
At our New Orleans and Baton Rouge facilities, we specialize in elite training for high school and college bound football players. But that's just part of what we do. The bigger part? We help high school football players secure offers to play college football and pay for their education.
Here's the thing: I was highly recruited coming out of high school, had multiple offers, and could pretty much go to any school I wanted. But I noticed there needed to be a solution for players who are not 4 and 5-star players. The 2 and 3-star athletes who have talent but need someone with credibility to open doors.
Through my playing career at LSU and my stints in the NFL, UFL and AFL, and now through my media work, I've cultivated and maintained relationships with coaches, scouts, and program insiders across every level of college football. These aren't just business contacts — these are personal friends who trust my judgment and my team's judgment because they've seen what we've accomplished.
When I or one of my team members calls a coach about a player he needs to see, he takes my call immediately. When I text a recruiting coordinator about a prospect, he responds right away. When I walk into a coach's office and say "This kid can play," they listen because they know that me and my team members played at the highest levels and understand what it takes.

STEP 2: ASSESS YOUR SKILL LEVEL
We evaluate your current abilities honestly, not to crush dreams, but to create the right strategy. We look at your film, analyze your measurables, put you through our CSP 6-Point Football Skill Audit, and assess your potential for development.
Are you ready for FBS competition right now? Would FCS be a better fit where you could start immediately? Could Division II offer the perfect balance of athletics and academics? We match players with programs where they'll succeed, not just get recruited.
STEP 3: LEVERAGE OUR RELATIONSHIPS
This is where the magic happens. Based on your goals and skill level, we identify the perfect programs and make direct contact with coaches, scouts, and decision makers we know personally.
We don't just send your highlight reel to a generic recruiting email. We contact coaches directly and say, "I've got a player you need to see."
We text the recruiting coordinator and set up a personal conversation. We walk your film into the office ourselves or send it in personally. When we recommend a player, coaches pay attention.

We watch your film with the same eye coaches use. We evaluate your measurables against college standards. We run our CSP 6-Point Football Skill Audit. We're honest about your current ability and realistic about your opportunities. Our goal is to place you where you'll succeed and get playing time. If we feel we can't help you, we won't take you as a client.
What if I'm not ready for Division I?
Perfect. Some of our biggest success stories are players who found their perfect fit at FCS, Division II, or JUCO programs. We know coaches at every level who are looking for players exactly like you. The goal is to play football and pay for school.
Do you only work with 4 and 5-star recruits?
Not at all. Most of our players are unranked, 1, 2, and 3-star athletes who need the right opportunity. College football has over 800 programs — there's a place for every level of talent.
What makes your relationships different?
These coaches have seen our recommendations succeed at their programs and/or know the quality of our referrals. They trust our evaluation because we've proven our judgment over years of successful placements. When we call, they answer.
Do you work with players outside Louisiana?
Yes, we operate nationwide and have relationships everywhere.
What if coaches don't think I'm good enough?
We only contact coaches when we believe you're a legitimate fit for their program. But if a coach passes, we pivot immediately to other relationships and opportunities at your appropriate level.
How much does this cost?

What's your success rate?
Over 90% of players we work with receive at least one scholarship and/or financial aid offer. The other 10% typically get opportunities as preferred walk-ons or at different levels than originally hoped. We won't take you on as a client if we don't think we can get you an offer.

We can't guarantee what coaches will decide, but we can guarantee that the right coaches will see your film and know your story.
